Australian Shepherd puppies
We have 9 Australian Shepherd that are 8 weeks old on Friday, February 22nd. Father is an AKC blue Merle and mother is an ACA red tri. Litter is registered with ACA.
Puppies are kept in the main level of our home so that socialization begins early. We have 6 children that will give them plenty of attention! They will be handled at nearly every feed and weighed twice a day during the first few weeks. We start prelim potty training at 3 weeks (you can google the “Misty method” if you would like more information) and start heavily socializing at birth.
All of our Aussies are in the standard size range.
Puppy comes home with a puppy kit that has a sample of food, papers with information relating to your new puppy, a toy, collar, small leash and a small blanket that has her/his litter mate’s and mother’s scent on it to help puppy transition into their new home. First vaccinations are done along with deworming and a vet check. Puppy will come microchipped and it will be free to you to register your information on their microchip.
I’d prefer people knowledgeable about the breed and that have the time and energy to give them proper exercise. I also prefer that new owners stay in contact with me, in fact almost all of my previous puppy buyers have connected with me on social media and I am always available for advice or insight.
